Located in the Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan, this luxury full-service hotel will occupy an entire city block between West 29th and 30th Streets. It will be a glass-exterior mixed-use tower, facing Sixth Avenue. The building will include a block-through open outdoor plaza and public seating. J.D. Carlisle Development plans to construct a 22.5 foot wide outdoor multi-media screen within the plaza for both public and private entertainment events. The design will feature 292 guest rooms and some suites with outdoor terraces overlooking the plaza. This exciting new hotel will also include a multi-level bar and restaurant of approximately 15,000 square feet, plus outdoor seating in the plaza. Some distinguishing factors include 9,000 square feet of high-quality meeting space, a 1,000 square foot gym and separate spa with three treatment rooms. 270 luxury apartments will top off the tower. Column McCartan will be designing the interiors, and the restaurants will be a high end Basque Concept and operated by China Grill Management. Every hotel tells a story. The story of Eventi is LIVE.
